Lead Generation Expert

We need a team player who will strengthen the marketing and sales department and help organize sales of the company's services (software development, design, consulting) through outbound activities. We are interested in experience with Linkedin, email, phone calls, as well as general ability to effectively establish business contacts, start communication, build trust with potential clients and, of course, supply leads.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on target markets of prospect companies
  • Collect, process, and analyze data related to the target audience
  • Identify and develop contact points, and create marketing lists
  • Connect and build trust
  • Search, create, and share relevant content
  • Engage with target groups and publics to foster connections
  • Utilize professional and social networks for contact establishment
  • Research and participate in relevant events
  • Manage the marketing pipeline through CRM and task tracker
  • Meet personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Report and analyze marketing activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills for studying and evaluating large amounts of data
  • Essential practical knowledge of lead generation techniques (grinding, enrichment, follow-ups, nurturing, etc.)
  • Expertise in outbound and account-based marketing (ABM), with hands-on experience in research and marketing
  • Over 1 year of experience in IT sales
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Xing, etc
  • Hands-on experience with Leadgen toolset, CRM and Office Suite
  • General proficiency in the IT field
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and critical thinking abilities
