Admin Manager

Assistance and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Managing access for employees to all necessary services and platforms.
  • Providing technical support to employees on various issues.
  • Organizing logistics for the delivery of equipment for employees.
  • Conducting inventory of hardware and software.
  • Evaluating proposals, negotiating and signing contracts with contractors, and monitoring compliance with these contracts.
  • Participating in the creation of business documentation.

Qualifications

  • Responsibility and autonomy in work.
  • Experience with GoogleDrive, Notion, Slack, ChatGPT.
  • Experience with writing scripts
  • Technical literacy and ability to provide technical support.
  • Flexibility and ability to effectively solve non-standard situations.
  • English language proficiency at least B1 level.
  • Experience with any no-code services (nice to have)
  • Experience with Make (nice to have)
  • Experience in web development (nice to have)
