Customers reported errors in bonus accrual and incorrect discounts. We performed testing on the bonus system, functional testing, and integration testing with the point-of-sale systems, identifying issues with bonus accrual and data synchronization.
Our tests enabled the client to enhance the loyalty program by rectifying errors and ensuring more accurate bonus accrual. The program became more appealing to customers, leading to increased customer loyalty and sales volume.
